Very disappointing and incompetent customer service. Replacements are always out of stock. Impossibile to replace even a simplex fep kit for photon mono in almost SIX MONTHS. Never again.
Bought, 20 printers for the company i work in. Now 2 months later, Not seen a single printer, they stopped answering mails 1 month ago.
Now takeing them. To court! Stay away from this company.

This second review on Anycubic which is a continuation of my first review.
Here we go. Anycubic answered all my email claiming their not responding to email due to some Holiday, then later told me that it was out of stock when I ordered it. So my machine, did come directly from China.
My Anycubic Mega Pro arrived a day early, thank you FedEx, and came packaged nicely. Set up was very easy. Then when I ran it for first time, it was bad. The machine made a bad noise, the cross bar went down lop sided and the nozzle hit my plate like a hammer drill for like 3 minutes and then it stopped. I sent Anycubic another email explaining the problem and they did not respond. May be they did not see it due to the email I sent was a reply from their email. I don't know. Anyway, I did not wait for them, I read the manual, which is very very good manual, and I observed the running of the machine and realized that the left motor was out of sink with the right motor. Easy fix. I adjusted the left motor to match the right motor where it hit the switch. Sounds complicated but it's not. only one adjustment screw to do this. After doing this it ran like a charm. Well, other than one of the leveling wheels fell off while printing. Which totally ruined my Z level and the model I was printing. On the Mega Pro machine, the level adjustment wheel is larger than the Mega S or the Mega X. They wired one of the cables to the adjustment spring above that wheel. Another easy fix, cut the wire tie.
As far as Anycubic Customer service goes, I think it still sucks but I will let them keep the 3 stars I gave them due to the machine itself.
I apologize on wait time for my second Review due to an opportunity that came my way. A friend of mine ordered a Anycubic Mega Pro due to my first review. I wanted to see another machine and help him set it up. He got his tracking # the next day. It must have been in stock. It arrived a day late, thank you FedEx, LOL. It came nicely packaged just like mine. When we set it up it had the exact problems mine had. I did the easy fixes and it worked like a charm.
Now, if you want to get into 3D printing for the price, then I highly recommend the Anycubic Mega Pro. It has many features that other machines don't, like leveling assist, which is a life saver for me. And the laser that I have not tried yet. Remember that 3D Printers of any make is not like a toaster, where you pull it out of the box and plug it in and it works fine.
3D printing is a learning experience. And you learn thru trial and error. You watch lots of videos to learn some tricks on how to make things.
I love my Anycubic Mega Pro. I'm 65 years old and I feel like a 16 year old. When I was 16, I assemble many model with kits. Now I make the kits. It's really COOL.
So, I got a printer back in December that on the first tries, ruined the LCD due to a tear I later discovered in the film. Anycubic recognized the problem and said they would send me a replacement for the LCD and film... That was two months ago... So I have a new printer that simply never worked.... They keep saying that they have stock issues and refuse to give me a refund for a printer that doesn't work... So basically, I paid for a nice box to sit on my table that does nothing...
Their costumer support is laughable at best. The after-sales department told me to contact the sales department for a refund... In turn, the sales department told me to contact the after-sales department to get spare parts... They didn't even bothered reading my e-mail properly... So yeah, you can expect great help and top notch products from Anycubic.......
Complete worst company I have ever dealt with. They sent me a machine with damage on the outside. Both sides of the cover. Been over a month with emails and them giving me the run around. Their staff is disrespectful and clueless. Will not help you at all! I finally gave up. ANYCUBIC IS A CRAP ASS COMPANY! STAY CLEAR!
I ordered the printer from german warehouse before christmas and did not get it by date they advertised. Complained, after few days they kept asking if I want another shipment, that they will send me another shipment. The problem is they never shipped it in first place. Finally got the machine with 15 days delay. Now experiencing the same problem with resin I ordered 21 days ago and did not get any updates regarding shipping. They finally send it after my complaint.
The printer works great, the quality of prints are perfect, so much better than original first Photon. If not horrible shipping delays, I would give it 5 stars.
The mono machine didn't have the features that the company advertised, so it's a fraud.
The machine had defective pieces, they lied to me telling they would ship them but they kept timing, and after 6 months they haven't shipped them and stopped replying waiting for paypal protection to run out.

Beware of ordering resin from anycubic. They advertise buy 2 bottles of 1k and get a 3rd for free. I places my initial order of 2 of these kits for a total of 6k of resin. They however shipped 6 bottles of 500g for a total of 3k of resin cutting my order in half. When i complained all i got was that they shipped. I had unfortunately already ordered a second order of this kit. This time i only got 2 bottles of 500g instead of 1k each for a totoal of 1k of resin and they did not even bother to send the 3rd bottle meanong they shorted my order bty 2 k of resin. Do nof trust thsi company. You have been warned. Bad company to do business with they will steal from you!
Ordered a printer directly from them, dead on arrival.
Spend two weeks troubleshooting before they will finally consent to allow me to return the thing. They INSIST that I MUST mail it (At my cost...a 20+ lb package mind you) even though their warehouse 'partner' is under a half hour from my house. What has followed has been over 6 weeks of them denying receipt of the box, saying that they won't do anything until the box is acknowledged by the warehouse, and basic rip-off artistry.
I am now a hair shy of 8 weeks into this ridiculous mess and STILL don't have a working printer OR a refund (which would be fine at this point). I've opened a dispute with AMEX because I'm certainly not letting them get outside the 60 day dispute policy timeline.
My last correspondence, I assured AnyCubic that since I am STILL not receiving satisfaction, I will be placing a review documenting this INSANE series of events everywhere and anywhere that I can.

Give me a damn refund already - this is RIDICULOUS.
Edited since AC has now responded: your response is worthless. I literally BEGGED for a refund and was refused. Then despite proof of delivery was told the printer wasn't returned. Thankfully Amex doesn't mess around with nonsense like that.
Never again.
I have not been pleased with my AnyCubic experience and I recommend getting a different product. Or at least be sure to purchase through Amazon if dead set on this product. I purchased directly from the company which was a mistake. Machine did not work out of the box. Customer service emailed and asked if I would like to return the product. When I said yes, customer service stopped answering my emails.
This is the email I received:

Update, I was given the return address in January. I tracked the package to insure it was received. Then waited 4 months for a refund while business told me they we too busy with covid to check the receiving dock for my package. Finally received refund when a different department intervened after reviewing the embarrassing email communication chain. AnyCubic did make the situation correct but it took 7 months.
I order a mega zero back in Black Friday and now it is December 20 and didn’t get any info about my order.

Ordered a Black Friday deal. 11 days after, I requested an update via email and had no reply. Thought about going after a refund, but I had heard that Anycubic had slow support on orders.
25 days later the package arrived, packed extremely well and all contents were accounted for and worked out of the box.
2 days after arrival, I received an apologetic email from Anycubic support regarding the package, the delivery and if there was anything further they could do.
I will buy from them again, with the knowledge that shipping and communication will be slow. That said I am quite happy with the products.
Took my money instantly then havent heard from them ever again !
